How to Make a Book, Origami
Every day I browse book related websites and blogs and like yesterday’s post, I share what I think is worthwhile with you guys. I don’t normally do this night after night as our strength lies in great original content from our group of crack writers and not from a bunch of videos of how to make a paper crane. That being said I just came across something really remarkable, an origami video. I’m just amazed at how anybody can remember so many moves; here I am trying to remember where my keys are. I found this at the Tattered Cover Book Shop MySpace page (they also have a nice little video of their shop – also worth checking out.)
Since I mentioned making paper cranes above I may as well a little video on how to make a paper crane. The skills required to make the origami book are not something anybody can do but making a paper crane should be do-able.
Origami Paper Crane
Great little video. Thanks for sharing it.
Very nice one. Want to do it myself running the video several times
ha, nice video’s. Origami and the japanses culture has fascinated me for a long time. My crane looks a little sick though, he might need to visit an origami vet.
It’s funny that I saw my friend doing this origami dragon, he said he would give it to his daughter. I was not aware that I am influenced by my friend and I started doing it as my past time. when I saw a paper I couldn’t help but to fold and make a design. Nice video it would be added to my collected origami designs. Thanks for posting.
This is a great tutorial, I have been doing origami for quite a while and never have seen something like this, the book is so real and is great to be used as an ornament. Thank you for sharing it.
