I have contacted the company and they say it will be ready for UK use in a few months (possibly).
I agree that instincts and experience are the best tool, but there are a lot of books - mostly 1970+ - which are worth a considerable price but hard to distinguish because they are from big name publishers. Subjects like sociology seem to throw up these titles quite often, but only if you take a few risks. That's why I was considering the tool, although the video demo I watched showed the gadget screaming out "OH YEAAHH" when you should buy a book. I wouldn't like that.
