I don't particularly like that name anyways as it reminds me of my old corporate life, one that I am trying to keep in the past. Any suggestions for naming this area of the Forum?

The first name I thought of was Coffee Bar but that seems perilously close to Water Cooler.  Maybe something a little different... How about The Valley?  "Let's meet in The Valley for a chat about (insert non-book related topic here)".

The motion has been seconded and passed

Any new business?

"It's a well known fact, Sonny Jim, that there's a secret society of the five wealthiest people in the world, known as the Pentavirate, who run everything in the world, including the newspapers, and meet tri-annually at a secret country mansion in Colorado, known as The Meadows."

I've always (well since 1993) wanted to hang out somewhere called "The Meadows".

How about "The Hammock"? (As opposed to a LazyBoy.)

Trying to think library and books here - "Towering Stacks"?

One name I always liked and it is in both The Hobbit and in the Potter books. "The Burrow".

How about The Nook?

I just like saying it aloud...

I'm thinking about going with The Meadows. Great suggestion. Maybe even get a piper to ring in the section. "The Piper is Down!"

LOL Cheesy

"The Meadows"  - That will work as long as there is at least a pond or little lake to fish in. I like to read while I'm not catching fish. Which is every time I go fishing...
