We began accepting trades after about 6 months of being open... duh, we should have done it earlier 2. We expanded our nicely located (and expensive) store from 1500 sf to 2700 total sf. We rebuilt bookshelves, etc. and took our inventory from somewhere around 10,000 to approximately 50,000. 3. We began advertising more heavily and even had the local news station come out to do a report on us. You can see this report by going to 13WMAZ.com and typing in "Gottwals" into the search box.
