Did I lose money on that sale?

Submitted by Bruce K. Hollingdrake on Tuesday, 31 July 2007No Comment

There are so many fees added up against the revenue brought in from eBay book sales that selling inexpensive stuff is really quite a chore for the dough, not much bang for the buck. The real problem is that the fees are only a little here and a little there so you sometimes don’t even realize how much your being dinged. Open Eye Books, an eBay store, pointed out a terrific little online calculator for seeing the fees for any particular sale. It’s called eBay Calc – check it out. It definitely gets a spiffy tag from us and will be added to our Tools page.
